Energy Allstars
The Energy Allstars website features the top energy performers in several household and commercial product categories such as fridges, clothes washers, air conditioners and motors. It helps buyers identify and compare high efficiency products by providing the star rating, annual energy use, images, dimensions, recommended retail price and other features, plus a calculator to determine the total cost over 10 years to purchase and run the product.
Energy Rating
The energy rating label is an easy way to determine the most energy efficient appliances.
Energy Star is an international standard for energy-efficient electronic equipment. Energy Star compliant products help reduce wasted energy and save money without sacrificing features, performance or cost.
Calculate how much energy is consumed by your office's equipment. All you need to know is the number of computers, faxes, printers and photocopiers in your office.
This rating scheme gives commercial office buildings a "star rating" based on their greenhouse performance. Free software is available to allow you to "self assess" your rating. Or you can organise to pay for an accredited rating.
