I / We understand that I am required to complete all compulsory information fields on the ECO-Find supplier registration form. I / We accept that it is my company’s responsibility to keep the listing current and correct (through the existing supplier log on / edit feature), and that I am legally responsible for all claims made in my marketing material. I / We acknowledge that ECO-Buy is not responsible for marketing or generating sales of my product/s.

I/We agree for ECO-Buy to invoice my/our organisation the following fees:

New supplier set-up fee of $250.00 + GST

Annual listing fee, currently $200.00+GST

These fees are payable once my/our ECO-Find entry is complete. My listing will be made "live" once payment is received.

I understand that if I proceed and submit this registration I accept all the terms and conditions listed above.

Please note: The final decision on whether to list a particular product or a supplier rests solely with ECO-Buy Limited.  ECO-Buy reserves the right to determine whether or not to list a product and may decide to remove a listing at any time without prior warning (although reasonable efforts will be made to notify a supplier before removal of a listing).  Any fee charged for listing will be refunded on a prorata basis.
